JULIAN GRIMMOND
Producer
Julian has produced and directed for clients including ABC (US), NBC-Universal, CBS, FOX, Discovery, National Geographic and A+E. He is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America (PGA), winner of three Prime-Time Emmy® Awards, was nominated for Television Producer of the Year by the PGA and was the former chairman of Film New Zealand and a director of Auckland Film Studio.
He works as a film consultant in some of the most diverse and challenging locations on earth. Julian’s Executive Producer credits include the Rugby World Cup, broadcast live to a global audience of 75m, and the feature film “Lowdown Dirty Criminals”, directed by Paul Murphy, starring Rebecca Gibney.
Julian is producing the upcoming mini-series, Mata Hari, with writer/director Roland Joffe (The Killing Fields, The Mission, The Forgiven).

Joseph’s life could be an adventure movie. Born in New Zealand, he spent over twenty-five years as a Biologist in some of the most remote islands of Indonesia. He married a Balinese princess and then changed tack, sailing to Australia to launch a career in film. After seven years of living on the boat and making movies, he returned to Southeast Asia to tell stories that matter with a cross-cultural focus.
Joseph is one of only a handful of registered foreign Film Directors in Indonesia and directed, wrote, and produced the television pilot Soulbeats and two television specials for the Discovery Channel. He was a producer for the Swiss feature, Lost In Paradise: Luchsinger and The Gods. His new feature screenplay received funding from the New Zealand Film Commission. Joseph is currently in pre-production for two feature films.

Javier loves to know how things work, a passion ignited as a teenager through dismantling and reassembling everything within reach. In college, he decided to develop his creative profile with a master's degree in architecture and then specialized in cinematography and color grading.
He has 16 years of professional experience, including projects with Nextflix, HBO Asia, Amazon Prime and Universal. His work has been screened at major international film festivals, including Cannes, Guadalajara, New York, Festival des Films du Monde, and on Australian television.
As a producer, Javier has created work for Discovery Channel, the Soulbeats pilot, and has two feature films in pre-production.
